The Project
As UX Designer on the Amazon Space Team, I was tasked with creating a modular email design system for Seller Central, Amazon's platform serving tens of thousands of global sellers. The existing email communications were inconsistent, poorly optimized for mobile, and underperforming on engagement metrics.
